1/2 cup graham daal
1/2 cup urad daal
Roast it on medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes
With 1 tsp oil
Now add 1/4 cup of sesame seeds and roast it for another 3 to 4 minutes
Now add curry leaves and 7 to 8 Red chillies with some oil
Roast until it becomes crunchy
Now add tamarind,1 tsp hing and salt
Now grind it well and make a fine powder
Enjoy it with idli,dosa or any south indian dish
