So here is a very easy and yummy chicken samosa recipe .!
You can prepare and not store the patties in a zip lock bag placing in freezer , thaw it when required and use them ..!
Ingredients-
All purpose flour - 1 and 1/2 cups
Ajwain - 1 teaspoon
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - as required
Stuffing -
Boneless chicken - 250 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
Onion - 1 large
Tomato - 1
Coriander leaves- few
Kashmiri chili powder- 1 tablespoon
