We've all been there, a nice new carrying case full of foam that we want/need to cut to be an exact outline of the pew pew that needs to be carried around in it.

The electric steak knife (and razors, sharp blades, etc.) works, but is there a better solution? Many years ago for a kids' school project we had to cut Styrofoam objects and used a crude hot wire foam cutter. Fast forward 20+ years and I'm trying the same thing only this time with newer technology.

Results are pretty interesting. Still some art to the process, but definitely makes things easier!
