Introducing the SWELLEGANT line of patina products, metal dyes and coatings! This line is safe and easy for the artist to use in the home studio, yet has all the capabilities of jeweler's grade products. B'sue explains the metal coatings, patinas and dye oxide colorants in the line and why they are so different from standard crafts products like alcohol inks and paint-style patina products. There are a world of possibilities with this line, developed by polymer clay artist, Christi Friesen. You can use it on metals like the brass stampings we carry at [ Ссылка ], or paper, polymer clay, glass, ceramic, wood, foam....it's all about how you use it. To 'metalize' something that is not metal, lay down the metal coat first. Then you can patina or dye oxide. If you are working with brass or copper, no need to use the coating unless you want to change up color, add texture, mix metal colors. Check out the full instructions under the TUTORIALS section at [ Ссылка ] Feel free to print them out and share them with friends, but they may not be reprinted or republished elsewhere without permission, thanks. Also, check out the tutorials on dyeing CHAIN and other metal items by Linzi Alford of Magpie in the Sky. You may also print those out for your own use, please no republishing on blogs and social media without permission. Again all the tutorials are at our website under the TUTORIALS section at [ Ссылка ]. I hope you enjoy the lecture, the samples I've made and some of the quick tips I have shown. We are only skimming the surface here, there is so much more to be said. The products are inexpensive and you don't have to have the full line to have fun! Come over to B'sue Boutiques, grab a few and play! If you have ideas for future videos please contact me through the website, I am not able to respond here at YouTube. You can also come to the B'sue Boutiques Facebook Fan Page if you need to get in touch. I am just learning alll the ins and outs of this line, just like everyone else, but so far I am LOVING the results and the learning curve is not a bit steep. Thanks again to Christi Friesen for taking the mystery out of patina products and bringing this line to market. I'm thrilled to be working with them. And thanks to Christi for great ideas and all of her kind assistance. #BSue_Boutiques
