Tesla Model S was used for the trip, there were multiple charging stations and empty all the time.
Total of 5 hours journey one way.
1. We charged 100% from Los Angeles and made our first stop at Barstow
2. Second stop was at Primm Nevada
3. Third stop at Las Vegas Paris Resort Hotel.
There are multiple vegan friendly restaurants in Las Vegas
1. Mint Bistro Las Vegas (India Punjabi Restaurant)
2. Vegenation (Vegan Restaurant about 2 miles from strip)
3. La Salsa mexican restaurant in Miracle Mile shop next to Paris Hotel Las Vegas on strip.
