We’ve started running our Forest School training again, so thought we would share a raw lecture about Self Esteem at Forest School.
Forest School aims to support Self Esteem and emotional resilience. It is rooted in humanist psychology as well as learning theories, play and neuroscience. In this lecture we explore the concept of Self Esteem at Forest School through the work of humanist psychologist Carl Rogers.
If you are currently doing your Forest School training or already a Forest School Leader looking to brush up on your Forest School skills I hope this video helps you develop your Forest School activities and practice.
