The fear of public speaking, also known as Glossophobia is one of our biggest fears.
75% of the world’s population dreads public speaking.
Here’s how I was able to overcome Glossophobia:
1. Join a speakers club or toastmasters and practice and learn from experienced speakers.
2. Go find a mentor who can help you to become an effective speaker.
3. Meditate regularly to relax your thought process and allow you to do mental rehearsals.
