The emergency services were called to a building fire in Bradford. The incident occurred on little Horton Lane near the Bradford Ice rink. The road was temporarily closed so that the emergency services could respond to the incident which occurred near to the Roundabout linking Little Horton Lane with Seniors Way.

It is understood the fire was contained to the top floor.
Fire crews and paramedics were alerted to a fire within a residential premises on the morning of Monday 23 December.

West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service have said “We were called to a building fire on Little Horton Lane in Bradford at 11.36 this morning.

“Four crews, and an aerial ladder attended the scene (Bradford x2, Odsal, Fairweather Green and the Leeds aerial).

“Crews used breathing apparatus and hose reels plus the aerial to tackle the fire on the second floor.”

Yorkshire Ambulance Service have said “Ambulance resources, including an ambulance, a critical care paramedic and the Hazardous Area Response Team, attended a property fire in Little Horton Lane, Bradford on Monday morning, but cleared on scene.”

Thankfully No injuries were reported during the incident.
