These beef satay skewers with peanut sauce are absolutely banging. The peanut dipping sauce is so tasty that you’d be happy drinking it as a soup.

We give the beef a quick marinade, you could also use chicken, before throwing it onto the bbq or griddle pan and the homemade peanut sauce is rich, creamy and silky only takes minutes to make.
