0.5c Orange Juice Concentrate or Orange Juice. (I used the old skool minute maid frozen stuff)
82g Date, pitted (0.5c)
1 Egg
110g Sugar, Brown (0.5c)
1t Baking Powder
1t Baking Soda
1t 5 Spice Powder, optional or use cinnamon
260g All Purpose Flour (1.75c)
