Hey everybody 🤗 I wanted to share with you my sauerkraut salad recipe! This salad it’s packed with nutrients, healthy vitamins and contains probiotic which can help with digestion.
I usually make a lot of it at once because I use some of it for dinner and then I save the rest for snacking or even as a side for my breakfast (this salad can be stored in the fridge in closed container for up to 4 days). If you would like to make less, just for one dinner, simply divide the ingredients in the recipe in half.
