2022 was the first time i felt insecure. The first time i ever started to feel ugly. Due to me feeling like this i used to isolate myself in my home and want no body to see me. My youtube channel was my only escape, it was the only thing that kept me motivated and happy. But besides on a camera, my real life confidence completely went. In October i said enough was enough😤 i said “fck it, im better than this, im not a insecure person and my confidence is what got me all my amazing achievements. I cant let my mental/physical health get in between that”🤦🏾‍♂️ so i started going to the gym and eating clean. And 90 days later here we are, started at my heaviest with a weight of 91kg (200 lbs) and now lost over 15kgs (30 lbs) with a current weight of 76kg. My journey is not done yet but i feel like i finally have my confidence back which was the main goal💪🏾 (if i had 10 more days i would of gotta 6pack😂)
