From time to time I will try to present some selected instruments from my collection. Please keep in mind that I am not a professional performer on these instruments, I just want to give an idea how they sound.

The "Rebab" is a spike fiddle from Indonesia and part of the Gamelan ensemble. Fun fact: The instrument wears clothing because it is considered to be female and not allowed to perform "naked". Again, this instrument is vera hard to learn, as there is no fret board and the horse hair bow is very soft. Still, performers know a variety of techniques:
