As one of the older members of the Millennial generation, I went through my ups and downs before finding my ideal career match.

I’ve learned the hard way, making mistakes and achieiving some career milestones along the way. I have not ‘cracked it’ by any stretch but I believe knowledge should be shared not kept to yourself.
