Once you have milkweed started, it's important to transplant them carefully in the right conditions.
In this video, I will show you how to trandplant common milkweed that has been germinated using the #jarmination method introduced by Brad Grimm of @Growmilkweedplants. I will also show some of last year's swamp and common milkweed transplants that were taken from #milkjuggardens.
