Advanced parole is a useful tool for fixing an unlawful entry, but it might not be available much longer for those with DACA if the Supreme Court dismantles the program. I strongly recommend applying for DACA if you entered the US without inspection so that a future family petition may render you eligible to adjust status to permanent residence.
