When you print patterns, It doesn't matter if your standart paper size is A4, or US 8,5 x 11inch. Before printing choose in settings: "Print entire image", or "Scale to fit"...
I recommend to choose strechy fabric for this pattern.
The best choise for doll body is MARCHIANO (Barbie) fabric (95% polyester, 5% elastane)
You can use any type of padding. It can be natural wool, or synthetic sintepon.
In tutorial I suggest to install steel wire inside doll legs and body, but if you don't feel safe about kids using, don't do that. Doll still will be the same shape, just not so stable when standing.
