Hi viewers today's recipe is refreshing Indian summer dessert mango falooda. This mango falooda is a quick and easy to make dessert. Mango falooda is very cooling and delight recipe to eat on hot summer days. Generally falooda is served in layers in a tall glass. The ingredients required for this mango falooda are falooda sev, thick milk, chia seeds and and ice cream, since we are preparing the mango falooda we require mango puree and mango pieces, try to use mangoes which are sweet. Before arranging the falooda we require little preparation, cook thefalooda sev or vermicelli until they are soft, put the cooked sev into the cool water to avoid sticking. Soak the chia seeds in water for 15-20 min before using, prepare the thick milk by adding corn flour in to the boiling milk and allow it to cook for 2 minutes, let it cool. Assemble thefalooda as shown in the video.
