Welcome to a workout dedicated to helping you enjoy your fitness. Today we are working for 45 seconds per exercise and we will complete 2 rounds of 2 exercises before taking a rest.
The objective is to stay moving, not to be perfect! I mess up in this workout, and it's perfectly fine if you do too. There is no requirement to step to a beat, be coordinated, or feel like you're dancing, this is simply a cardio workout where we stay moving! Challenge yourself to release any uncertainty around the workout and just enjoy moving your body with me today!

Step up knee drive
Squat on top, step back
Right leg step / left knee drive
Left leg step / right knee drive
4 squat pulses left, middle, right
Lateral lunges
Step up and kick left / jumping jack
Step up and kick right / jumping jack
2 glute lifts back and 2 side
Standing crunch and cross crunch
Side crunch up and over
Over and off
2 lunge pulses and kick Right
2 lunge pulses and kick left
Step on and off and squat x2
