With an MPA graduate degree from USC and an aviation career spanning twenty five years, Gretchen Kelly has seen it all working the front and back of the house for the DOT, the FAA, serving as Airport Ops Supervisor at KSJC and currently Manager of San Carlos Airport (KSQL) and Half Moon Bay Airport (KHAF) since 2012.
