potato. this bread is super airy and spongy.

Ingredrients:
All purpose flour 400 grams ( 2 3/4 cups)
Mashed potato 100 grams ( 1/2 cup) boiled
yolks 2 medium size
Sugar 2 1/2 tbsp (45 grams)
Warm milk 220 ml (220 grams) full cream milk
Instant dry yeast 2 tsp (7 grams)
Salt 3/4 tsp
Softened butter 1/3 cup (76 grams)
Filling:
Cheddar cheese ( cut into stick)
Chocolate stick or chips
Coating:
Powder sugar 1/2 cup ( sifted)
Powder milk 1/2 cup
Softened Butter for brushing
extra cheese for ensaymada filling
Baking Time: 18 to 20 minutes until light golden brown
Oven temperature: 150°c I'm using gas oven
