How can business process modeling be simplified into three perspectives? The modeling of business processes can be a daunting experience. We present a simple yet effective method for business process modeling that is based on the universal divide and conquer principle. This video is about the three modeling perspectives, namely control flow, resources, and data. We demonstrate a simple method of obtaining a first process model from a set of text documents. The method is independent of the concrete modeling lananguage and works for BPMN, EPC, YAWL, and many more.
