SOLO CHICKEN SOUP



#sotosolo

500 gr ayam (1 lb chicken)
1500 CC air (6 cups of water)
2 sdm santan (2 tbsp of coconut milk)
1 bh wortel (1 carrot)
1 bh tomat (1 tomato)
1 bt daun bawang (1 stalk of scallion)
1 bt daun seledri (1 stalk of celery)
5 lbr daun jeruk (5 keffir lime leaves)
3 lbr daun salam (3 Indonesian bay leaves)
3 ibu jari lengkuas (2 oz of galangal)
2 bt sereh (2 stalk of lemongrass)
1 bt temu kunci (1 fingerroot)
1 bh bawang bombay (1 onion)

5 siung bawang putih iris (5 cloves of garlic, sliced)
7 siung bawang merah iris (7 bulbs of shallot, sliced)

Bumbu Halus:
5 btr kemiri (5 candlenut)
1 jari kunyit (1-2 oz of turmeric)
1 ruas jari jahe (1 oz of ginger)
1 SDM ebi (1 tbsp of dried shrimp)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves of garlic)
3 siung bawang merah (3 bulbs of shallot)
1 SDM ketumbar (1 tbsp of coriander)
1 sdt lada bubuk (1 tsp of ground pepper)
2 sdt kaldu bubuk (2 tsp of stock powder)
2 sdt garam (2 tsp of salt)
1 sdt msg (1 tsp of MSG)
1 sdt gula (1 tsp of sugar)

sambel:
50 gr rawit merah (2 oz of thai chili)
100 CC air (1 cup of water)
1/4 sdt garam (1/4 tsp of salt)
