EDITED: The Lollipop update for the Note 4 has improved the scrolling everywhere, even in 3rd party apps, but most noticeably in the recent apps drawer... much smoother and more pleasant to use.

On KitKat, I was disappoinged: The Galaxy Note 4 is an excellent phone, but I am disappointed by the jittery scrolling since I have just upgraded from a Nexus 5 which did not have these problems.
I swapped my Note 4 for another yesterday, and get a third one tomorrow... I recommend EVERYONE who has this problem does the same. Samsung need to get the message, their TouchWiz is suffocating a great product. The QHD screen may also have something to do with it too, of course.

Please do the tests yourself and post your results. This was done with a Snapdragon Note 4 with the stock NJ4 ROM, no SD card, Nova Launcher.
