Mexican authorities have issued an arrest warrant for an American woman suspected of killing 25-year-old Shanquella Robinson of Charlotte, N.C., in October. Mexico seeks to extradite the suspect back to the country to face charges. Robinson was found dead during a vacation to San Jose del Cabo, Mexico.
