Plage de Saint Jean is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and one of the longest with that of Flamands.It consists of two parts, separated by the Eden Rock hotel.The largest part on the left is close to the airport runway and many visitors come to admire the aerial ballet of the planes (be careful not to get too close).St-Jean beach to the right of Eden Rock is smaller and the sea is generally very calm. This is where Nikki Beach is located.Eden Rock hotel, Pearl Beach hotel and its restaurant, Ilets de la Plage…The top-of-the-range hotels and villas bordering the bay are renowned for their ideal location, by the sea and a few minutes from Gustavia.The beach is also idyllic for a swim or a family day out having lunch “with your feet in the sand” in the hotel restaurants.
