Team Bath trainer Sam Holmes is back with another series of speed drills in this week's 30-minute Target Cycling session to get your legs pumping and your lungs working!
To take part, all you need is a static exercise bike that shows you how fast you are going and the resistance levels. Sam explains how to set your bike up properly - if you are bouncing in your saddle, your resistance levels are too low.
