My 2008 SeaDoo RXP is leaking coolant into the hull. This video was shot for the purpose of diagnosis of said coolant leak. I had hoped to find, and to see the 'ride plate fittings'. However, they do not seem to be visible from looking through the top of the engine compartment, as is the perspective of this video. My next steps are to; go to a repair shop, under invitation of the owner of said repair shop. Said repair shop owner said that he would show me, on a SeaDoo that he has in the shop, what to look for on my ski. Then, I will return to my ski and, once again, try to find the source of my coolant leak. I am considering using a smaller camera, possibly a GoPro, and a smaller flashlight. Naturally this would be in hopes of getting a clearer shot further back into the engine compartment, and hopefully of the ride plate fittings. Not trying to over fixate on the ride plate fittings here. I want to find the problem whatever it is. I just have a feeling, from my research, that the problems is most likely either a blown head gasket, or leaky ride plate fittings. Any information or comments which may aid in the diagnosis of the problem would be appreciated.
