What is REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word Reiki comprises the two Japanese characters, rei, meaning universal spirit, and ki, meaning vital life force or energy. Reiki is thus a spiritually guided life force energy, an energy that flows through all living beings.
What is ASMR?
(Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response)
a tingling sensation across the scalp or down the back of the neck and, for some, down the spine or limbs, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus. ASMR can create pleasant feelings of relaxation, calm, sleepiness or well-being. Triggers can include whispering, soft touch, hair brushing or hair play, scalp massage, etc.
