Two former Royal Navy minehunters handed over to Ukraine have arrived in Portsmouth, which will serve as their temporary base ahead of exercises in British waters with UK and US counterparts.
Charge d’affaires of Ukraine Eduard Fesko told the PA news agency that the minehunters would be essential in reopening trade routes once the war is over.
