Hi,I’m Somali. In 2024, the best thing happened to me is that I came across @myhealthbuddy and I joined MHB. Then Vivek sir was assigned as my buddy and that was the cherry on the top.

He is ‘buddy’ in a true sense. In our first call he explained everything so well and understood me,my preferences everything everything. I’m a girl who gets demotivated very easily ok...but in this 3 months journey I never ever felt demotivated. Thanks @datewidweights for your guidance and constant motivation.

I’m a typical bengali and cutting off sweets from life is equals to suicide and every living being do get cravings right. #myhealthbuddy proves that diet doesn’t mean ‘go harsh on yourself’..No,not at all. Oh my god, my buddy gave me sooo many delicious food options to have. Let me tell you a secret ...Vivek sir allowed me to have Rosogolla once in a while . From my buddy I learnt that it’s not only about healthy eating, it’s also about how active you are.Showing up daily is important.
