PMS S.A. DID IT AGAIN!
On Monday, 16 July 2018, PMS S.A. took over the transportation of Isthmia Bridge from Corinth Canal to Salamis Shipyard for maintenance and repairs.
BRIDGE WEIGHT: 120 MT
BRIDGE LENGTH: 35 M
BRIDGE WIDTH: 15 M
Initially, bridge was lifted by the barge. By unballasting the barge, bridge was lifted in the necessery height in order to be unlocked from each position and, afterwards, it was transported to Salamis Shipyard.
Up to now, the bridge was dismantled at site and then transported in pieces.
