This week we visit Niue, an island nation in the southern pacific. It has crazy coastlines and not too many tourists, especially this time of year. The water is some of the clearest and bluest we've ever seen. Truly a beautiful place that should be on anyone's bucket list! The only way to get to Niue is through New Zealand. Currently, there's only one flight a week but typically in the peak season there's 2 flights a week.
