I recently took part in an Erasmus youth exchange project in Poland with 25 amazing young adults from Poland🇵🇱 Portugal🇵🇹 Czechia 🇨🇿 Bulgaria Romania 🇹🇩 and this is a short video of how it went down. We did kayaking🚣, hiking🏔, stargazing✨, swimming🏊🏻‍♂️, volleyball 🤾🏻 and many other physical activities that brought us closer to nature and rose awareness of how sport and nature influences one's physical and mental health.
