Natural Disasters : polar ice caps, a drought, volcanic eruption, an avalanche, an earthquake, a tornado, lighting, landslides. Road Signs - merge, yield, two-way traffic, railroad crossing, slippery when wet, detour. Tornados happen in open flat areas. They must be awful.
Lightning is bad when it hits something. Yes, I know.
Landslides usually close roads. We had a road close because of a landslide.
Merge - Lane ends ahead merge left.
Yield - Let other road users go first.
Two-way Traffic - Traffic ahead is separated only by a line.
Railroad Crossing - Stop for trains.
Slippery When Wet - Roadway may be hazardous.
Detour - The main road is closed ahead.
