Where there is smoke, there is always fire, and the slightest wisp of smoke will trigger a fire detector to make a continuous ear splitting noise, that even the neighbors can hear. The Jamaican authorities must wake up from their lazy slumber. they must move from reactive to proactive. In order to prevent unnecessary, and avoidable, fatal fire accidents in Jamaica.
