I keep on referring to the "basket" as a "pot". Not sure what I was thinking. Anyway, the Stanhopea is grown in a basket, as it should, to allow spikes to grow from the bottom.

On top of the repotted bare rooted Stanhopea, I am showcasing my Stanhopea Yolanda Breck which is a hybrid with insignis, tigrina var. nigroviolacea, saccata and grandiflora.
