Ruku: Al-Talaq Maratan (Divorce Twice):
•The concept of Al-Talaq Maratan refers to divorce is for two times, then If he divorces her for the third time after that there is no right of returning (to the wife). The summary of this ruku is that the man has the right to divorce his wife twice.
If he divorces her for the third time, the woman will become forbidden for him and will not be lawful for him until she completes the waiting period of her first husband, marries another man, has sexual intercourse with him, and then completes the waiting period of her second husband. Therefore, either take her back after one or two divorces and keep her in a good way, or divorce her and let her go so that she can make other arrangements for herself.
