If possible assemble first in your garden/shed (practice)
Remove all contents from the box
CHECK ALL ITEMS INCLUDED
PADDLE (2/3 sections)
REPAIR KIT (ORANGE TUBE)
FOOT SAFETY STRAP
FIN WITH CLIP
PUMP WITH SEPARATE FLEXIBLE PIPE
INSTRUCTION BOOKLET
INFLATABLE FOLDED SUP WITH STRAP
(NOW TAKE A PHOTO OF EVERYTHING BEFORE UNWRAPPING)

1) Connect Pipe to the Pump (it's only a 3/4 turn)
2) Assemble Paddle there are 3 pieces but two already assembled)
3) Adjust paddle height to your arm at right angles above your head
4) Unfold the SUP on a flat surface with no sharp objects!
5) Locate the Valve and unscrew the protective cap
6) Inside the Valve there is a 'column' to inflate this must be in the UP Position
7) If DOWN twist half a turn and gently pull up, lock by twisting a half turn
8) ((DOWN is for deflating your SUP)
9) Twist Insert the Pump Hose (half a turn)
10) Now start pumping : slow long strokes
11) The Pump gauge DOES NOT START TO REGISTER until 90% of target Pressure
12) You will worry that your gauge isn't working because the SUP will seem to be fully inflated
13) Inflate to 15psi/1Bar (but no more) if that is what is printed on the Valve Rim
14) Now upturn the SUP to fit the Fin
15) Fit in the correct direction! (Might be tight first time)
16) Now fir the safety Clip
