Roberto Martinez spoke on Thursday (4th August) about taking over as head coach of Belgium's 'golden generation.'

"I think what is realistic is that we can fulfil our potential. In any team, to build any winning team you have to have the talent. That's the first step, we have the talent. Some of those young, some of those they probably had to grow quicker than you would expect but in the same way a winning team is not just made by talent. You need to find synchronised aim. You have to feel the direction of developing a winning mentality. A little bit as I said, feeling at ease of carrying the expectations of being a golden generation."
