I'm learning about how good carrot juice is for all kinds of things- including fighting cancer (praise God!)! So I'm making a tangy healthy carrot juice with a blender. I use a nut milk bag to strain the pulpy carrot juice and it's quite easy to do. If you're not a fan of ginger, feel free to reduce the amount or leave out completely. Hope you can try this juice recipe sometime!
Carrot Ginger Juice
3 cups of peeled baby carrots
1 cup of clean drinking water
1 orange, peeled and diced
1 apple, sliced
1/2 lemon, peeled and diced
1/2 inch piece of peeled fresh ginger
Blend in blender until pulpy juice. Strain pulpy juice through nut milk bag. Enjoy good health and live long and strong!
