Nowadays, Instances of minor boys voilating traffic norms have become quite frequentA similar incident was seen on Mumbra's MM Valley where 4 minor were seen flouting traffic norms.In the video it can be seen that 4 minor boys are riding on a scooter in Mumbra's MM Valley.A responsible citizen of the city made the video of the incident and shared with us.The number plate of the blue burgman can be also seen in the video i.e (MH 04 KT 3294) It is to be seen whether the traffic department will take action on this incident.
