In this video we are delving into one of the foods I literally eat every day and that I recommend to all of my clients, oat bran cereal. Not much in the way of glamour surrounding oat bran cereal, but it's high fiber content has helped me maintain a lean physique for decades on end and has helped my clients lose weight and reduce end of day cravings.
I don't believe in superfoods, but if they did exist, oat bran cereal would certainly be one of them, given it's exceptionally high fiber content and the fact that it works for any dietary preference, from vegans to omnivores!
