The Uganda National Bureau of Standards is set to resume the inspection of motor vehicles from their country of origin under the Pre-export Verification of Conformity program. Two car dealers NTV spoke to have welcomed the return to inspections abroad, although they called for a high level of performance from the three contracted firms.
