I was the first person to open the shed door after 25 years and these cars had been sitting in the shed for 36 years. The owner had a heart attack in his lat 30's and couldn't use his left leg properly to operate the clutch pedal so he parked these Aussie Muscle Cars up and shut the shed door and went out and bought an automatic. The orange LC GTR XU1 is a rare " Bathurst version" which was release to the public for approximately 4.5 months in ate 1971 so General Motors could race them at Bathurst, 299 cars were made to meet CAMS requirements to race as a production car.
