Hey it's Steve from [ Ссылка ] and today I share a kick ass workout I did with nothing more than some rocks I found at a park.
Using rocks to workout is highly functional and uses pretty much all muscles in the body, especially the core.
The good news is that it can be done anywhere and it's free. No equipment or gym membership needed.
I did this workout in about 25 minutes and did 2-3 sets of 8-15 each. Here are the exercises I did (in order) as they are not labeled:
1. Squat to overhead press
2. Woodchoppers
3. Slams
4. Crossover pushups
5. Rows
6. Deep pushups
7. Heavy uphill carry
8. Overhear uphill carry
9. Soccer throw uphill
It's very important to pay close attention to form here though. Although you want to use all 3 planes of motion, it's easy to get sloppy which increases the chance of pulling something (most likely in your lower back).
I wouldn't suggest replacing your regular routine with this workout, but adding it once a week or so would be very beneficial for overall strength and performance.
