This is a conditioning drill for water polo goalies to work on their leg strength.
The drill has three parts.
1- Lunge up as high as you can get.
2-stay on your legs and try to stay up as long as possible
3- After sinking keep your hands up, stay on your legs, and leg back up to as high as you can get. Hold it for a second or two.
