Laminated glass is composed of two or more pieces of glass with one or more layers of organic polymer interlayer film (PVB/SGU) between them. After a special high-temperature pre-pressing (or vacuum) and high-temperature and high-pressure process, glass and intermediate film are permanently bonded as one of the composite glass product. When the outer glass breaks due to impact, the glass fragments basically adhere to the film, only forming radial cracks, keeping the fragments on the entire laminated glass from falling off, and preventing personal injury or death accidents caused by the fragments flying, so it becomes a real Meaningful Safety Glass.
Processing principle of PVB laminated glass production line:
1. Glass washing;
2. Lamination: layup the glass with PVB film;
3. Press glass into the hot pre-pressing machine
4. Autoclave, pressurize 13 kg and heat to about 130 degrees, then cooled to about 40 degrees to form PVB laminated glass.
