You can apply Goof Proof with your heat press two ways:
(We recommend increasing the temperature on your press by 10 degrees if it is not a Hotronix® brand)

For 100% Cotton, 50/50 Blends
Temp: 365 Degrees
Time: 4-6 Seconds
Pressure: Med-Firm (6-8)
Peel: Hot

** For Multi-Color Artwork Press for 10 Seconds**
