In her weekly message to the citizens of Puducherry, Lt. Governor Dr. Kiran Bedi once again requested people to wear helmets while driving two-wheelers to ensure their safety.
Dr. Bedi said that the people may wonder why this Lt. Governor is always talking about road safety and wearing helmets and added that when she was at the age of six, her father met with an accident.
